俄罗斯将延长废钢出口配额期限

俄罗斯政府提出建议，将废钢出口配额再保留6个月，直到6月30日。12月2日工作组会议结束后的官方说明指出，在欧亚经济联盟（EAEU）内的出口将继续不受配额限制。

Russia’s government tabled a proposal to keepthe quota for the export of ferrous scrap for another six months, until 30 June. Exports within the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) will remain quota free, the official note following the working group completion on 2 December states. 

建议的配额为60万吨，配额内税率为5%但不低于5欧元/吨（5.26美元/吨），配额外不少于290欧元/吨。Kallanish（开阑商务信息咨询）获悉，只有通过某些指定的边境口岸才能向欧亚经济联盟以外出口。

The proposed quota is for 600,000 tonnes, with 5% but not less than €5/t ($5.26/t)within the quota limit, and no less than €290/t outside of it. Exports outside of EAEU will be permitted only through certain designated border crossings, Kallanish understands.

俄罗斯政府表示，在生产商面临制裁的困难时期，该措施旨在以经济可行的价格为俄罗斯钢铁制造商提供足够的战略原料。

The measure is aimed at providing Russian steelmakers with sufficient volumes of the strategic feedstock, at economically viable prices, at a difficult time when producers are faced with sanctions, the Russiangovernment says.
